I know it was not possible for me to be physically there on your wedding day ;o) so, it's great that I still have the opportunity to have a glimpse of how that day was through the photos you both took. Well Dad, I only wished that you were still here to go on food trips with me. Mom, way to go on joining the Malay Mail Big Walk recently. Keep yourself active and happy! Happy Belated Anniversary ...I love you both, Mom & Dad!

what a wonderful way of celebrating your parents' anniversary, wmw!
Yes, I've photos of my parents on their wedding day too. However did such tiny waists exist in the past. And my dad wasn't just handsome, he was "eng tau", if you know what that means... Hahaha...
team bsg : Watched. But those are only movies, if only I could travel back in time!
jason : Your mom's so fierce???
teckiee : Ha ha ha...She's still a beautiful lady albeit a 70 year old one! :o)
kat : If I look like my mum and you said my mus is very sweet, guess that means that I'm very sweet too? ha ha ha...Thank you then! Oh, I link the photos via photobucket.com which gives you that option.
LLemongrass : Yes, I love the wonders of blogging!
Kenny : I think most women had such tiny waists back then. Keyword - "back then' hee hee. Wah, show us your dad's photo???
Happy Anniversary to your parents..!
My mum told me girls BACK THEN used to have 'waist like a bee (hourglass shape), tummy like a cockroach (flat?)". Well..don't blame them also la...last time where got so much good food? Hahaha..right or not?
happy anniversary to them!
That is nice of you to put up yr parents' pix. Such a slim waist and yeah, those skirts are also what my mum wore long ago.
kat : Typo just now..not "mus" but "mum"...hee hee...

whoa hot mama..wonder why all the girls were so slim in the older days? my mum has a 22 inch waist! scary..anyway happy annivessary to ur parents
my mom had tiny waist too, 23 inches and i only got to buckle the teeny weeny kebaya bottom when i was 12!!!! great reminiscence here, wmw ;-)
What a fantastic pic and post! It still amazes me how small waistlines were back then. Damnnnn! I think my mum's waist then would be about the size of my thigh! Sigh...
what a lovely way to commemorate their anniversary :). your dad looks real stern, wmw, and your mom, such a sweet young thing! and real tiny waist..i think the only time my waist was at 22-23 inches was during my childhood times! haha
kampungboycitygal: Eh? I think you have such waist wor, citygal! ;o)
babe_kl : Yeah, lots of memories, good ones.
paprika : haha...if your mum's waist is the size of YOUR thigh, your mum must have been very very very slim! :o)
sc : Actually my dad was a real joker...I had written a bit about him in my blog. Check it out if you have the time.
wmw: No lar, she's lovely actually :)
Maybe I should scan her pics on my blog... many people said that I looked like her.
jason : Well, looking forward to seeing a pic of your mom!
Oh, that's so lovely! I love old wedding photographs, they bring a sense of nostalgia to me. Don't know why.
