Of course, that was back in 2000. Finally in 2001, my dream came true. The Corrs staged a concert here and at that time, I was helping out Warner Music. I helped to design and word The Corrs Dream Collection inlay and even had a hand in choosing the tracks. For that, I was rewarded with a special uncut copy of the inlay, several copies of The Corrs Dream Collection and a meetup with The Corrs themselves.
Yes, those were the days indeed. I'm still keeping all those stuff, maybe I will part with them one fine day (sell them on ebay!) But till then, these are all good memories. I will never forget that day when I met The Corrs as it was also the same time my life would change for another reason. Yes, good memories indeed.

ReplyDeletesort of how i felt when i met michael mcgoldrick two weeks ago in welly. i went up to say hello, and he remembered me =) when he popped into our session, and taught him a tune. that was way cool. i was so obviously infatuated with him and he knew ... sigh ... and made me very happy that night. i am even more infatuated now...his playing is wonderful
