Enroute to Port Dickson last month with Ash, we decided to stop by the Pasar Besar Seremban for yet another beefy adventure at Sin Kee Beef Noodle stall. I have been here several times (blogged about my first visit to this place a long while back in 2006 using my little Samsung camera! Check out my ancient post and old pics HERE). As usual, I ordered my fave beef noodles with beef balls and tripe. I love the gooey gravy and the whole works here (something Ash was not accustomed to and didn't enjoyed as much as I did).
Look out for stall no. 748
RM5 of gooey goodness in a bowl :o)
Beef balls in tasty (MSG???) broth ...
We later checked into Legend Premium Tower in Port Dickson for a night stay. The room was pleasantly cozy and we stayed in most of the day as it was way too hot with the sun out in full force.
View of the room upon entering...hope one won't get people dropping by when one is taking a shower/bath! hahaha...
The spacious room
We only went out when the sun set and it was time for dinner
Having no idea of really where to go (apart from Mei Jing Restaurant), we ended up in a little restaurant called Country Homes in Lukut. The noodles and dishes we had were just mediocre, fortunately the satay stall there saved the night. The satay turned out to be pleasantly good - try it out if you're ever in this area. It's along the same road and a block away from Mei Jing (Mei Jing is probably a safe choice for food in Lukut if one is wondering where to eat).
Good ol' satay to the rescue ...
We went back after dinner and enjoyed the night view ...
The night would soon become day ... and we looked forward to an onward trip to Malacca together with Kev, the eating machine! Hahaha....
To Be Continued ....
OMG - the bath area/ jacuzzi tub thingy is in the main area of the room?? O_O
ReplyDelete(Kinda weird, right?)
