Clifton Hill's World Famous Street of Fun @ Niagara Falls, Canada

Clifton Hill reminded me very much of Las Vegas with it's colours, larger than life structures and the busy foot traffic.  Read up more about Clifton Hill HERE.  How can anyone be/stay unhappy when one is surrounded by all these ....

Sky Wheel
Niagara SkyWheel - 175ft up in the air!

Walking about the street ...

Clifton Hill

Thrill Ride
If the SkyWheel is too mild, one can get a thrill on this ride!

Fun @ Clifton Hill
This place is really larger than life ...

Burger King
Cute Frankenstein having a meal at Burger King, a Whopper no doubt.

Ripley's Believe It Or Not
The Ripley's Believe It Or Not building ... cool!

Of course, since we were here ... we just had to experience Niagara Falls, going for the "Maid Of The Mist" boat ride.  It was one wet and thunderous ride, another reminder of how tiny we are against nature at times ... especially when I saw these folks walking around Canadian Horseshoe Falls (the Canadian side of Niagara Falls).

Niagara Falls

Niagara Falls
The Niagara Falls is 90% located in Ontario, Canada while the American Falls which is just 10% of Niagara Falls is located in New York. It was surreal, heading into one of the world's most famous waterfalls ... it's definitely something that everyone should try to experience; a 30 minute ride of their lifetime.  With water falling from a height of 176 feet, one can help but be in awe!  Nothing like the mist of the falls enveloping the entire boat with us tourists on board.  Woo Hoo!

BE HAPPY! STAY HAPPY ... and drive safe :o).  Make your car a "No Phone Zone".

  1. Rather scarey to see all the water rushing down

  2. Did you get wet? Guess they should have umbrellas and raincoats ready for the visitors! And cute Ripley's building, like a fallen clock tower!

  3. We were there last summer. Nice place apart from the lack of decent places to eat. Most eateries served fast food only.
