As we made our way towards the lighthouse, I realised everything in the area is very well maintained and kept clean.
Finally, we caught sight of the lighthouse ahead
We then had to join the queue to cross over to Point Bonita Lighthouse
The reason why there is a line waiting to cross over? They only allow a maximum of two persons to cross the bridge at any one time. So, while we waited on one end to cross over to the lighthouse, there were others waiting to cross back over to our side. So each side had to alternate and wait for our respective turn.
A closer look of Point Bonita Lighthouse and the surrounding area ...
A couple of seagulls resting
Point Bonita Lighthouse sits on a cliff. The view here is lovely and we were glad that we took the opportunity of the great weather to do some hiking that day in Marin Headlands.
There are lots of birds flying around, I saw this in the sky and caught a shot of it. I don't know whether it's an eagle or hawk or falcon. What do you think? Well, one thing I do know is that is was indeed a lovely day ....
Happy Holiday to those working in Selangor (No more working Fridays till 2010, yay!)

That's so interesting! You wouldn't want to walk too slowly over the bridge to take in the views because people are waiting to cross as well. Did you feel like people were watching you? Hehe.
Lovely shots. Er...i think it's a hawk?? Not a bird expert la...if you ask me about dog, I guess I am much better at that! Haha!
ooo.. is it because the bridge is old and they are worried it will break soon.. that's so thrilling! hehe :P

Katie : Yes, it was weird that folks from both ends were looking at you but I was more concerned about the bridge (whether it would hold!) to fully realise that.

Cumi&Ciki : Well, it wasn't that old but surely that was one of the concern! Hahaha....I walked across cautiously!
