Continuing with even more pics from Starhill's Midsummer Nights Feast 2011 ... Happy Monday! Have a great week ahead.

The Samgyetang (Korean Ginseng Chicken) has a rather potent ginseng flavour and packs quite a punch.  I loved drinking spoonfuls of it and munching on the bits of glutinous rice.

Enjoyed the BBQ Beef Short Ribs (Bulgalbi) - The meat was tender and flavourful as it was really well marinated.

Baked Honey Glazed White Prawns

I loved how it was arranged with almost such precision, I felt a bit bad for spoiling the arrangement when I took a sample.
