Pasembur - Indian Salad consisting of shredded cucumber, fritters, turnip, beansprouts; served with spicy sweet nutty sauce.

Char Kway Teow-Fried Flat Rice Noodles with egg, prawns, cockles, beansprouts & Chinese chives.

Sotong Kangkung - Cuttlefish with Morning Glory vegetable with sweet sauce (and chilli sauce if you want), topped with crushed peanuts and sesame seeds.

The Making of Apom - a pancake like snack made from a batter mix of coconut milk, flour, egg, sugar. For more info on this delicious snack, check out my earlier review on this Apom Stall in Petaling Jaya HERE.

For desserts, Ais Kacang - a Malaysian favourite of an icy mix of all sorts of ingredient; red beans, grass jelly, creamy sweet corn, basil seeds, jelly and topped with either brown sugar and/or red syrup and evaporated milk.
