Punching Bag!

Wow! Cool! I dropped by my bro's place today and was pleasantly surprised to see a punching bag hanging out in the verandah. Mmmm.....here's a place to do some boxing and stress relief (not that I'm stressed but just in case! I normally like to sing my blues away in a karaoke session. He he...). ET showed me THE moves and I made him go through the routine while I took a pic of him.

I heard that boxing is a fun way to make one lose some weight and keep fit. A lot of girls/women are taking up boxing in the States. Mmm....guess I will need to find some boxing gloves! I remember that I actually use to have a red pair, I was about 8 years old then. Dear ol' Dad bought them for me! But I didn't have a punching bag, just pretend boxing with Dear ol' Dad :o) I would say that I have a happy and normal childhood, uh, aside from the incidents with Grandma. God Bless Her Soul!

Later at night, KA looked me up for dinner and after going through the usual routine of "Where To Eat Ah?", I suggested Tua Huat to try some Ulu Yam food and off we went.
As much as I thought about boxing, I still must eat to fill my stomach!
Located at Sec. 19, PJ. It's a no frills, small town looking restaurant (exterior and interior!)
We ordered the Claypot Yam Pork Rib noodles (I ate the yam, KA ate the pork!), fried rice and parang fish cake. The claypot only came in medium size and as good as it was, we couldn't finish it. We finished the small portion of fried rice and the fish cake though. Told KA not to waste the mee and packed it for breakfast tomorow!
Look at the things on the table, small town stuff! Steaming hot claypot mee!
May not look that good but it does taste good!

KA was happy as she was just thinking about Ulu Yam food recently. So, tonight's meal was satistying. She even mentioned that she'll tell the rest of the gang and would plan for lunch at Tua Huat soon again! Well, I'm always glad to see folks happy! ;o

Inside some of us is a thin person struggling to get out, but they can usually be sedated with a few pieces of chocolate cake.
