Turning Japanese At Senjyu Sushi - e@Curve, Mutiara Damansara

Senjyu Sushi's outlet at e@Curve first opened its door back in late 2008.  It's actually one of the better sushi places I've been to and one that I still go to now and then.  I like the ambiance, where one can indeed have a nice meal at one's leisure - and not feel the hustle and bustle that makes one just wants to gulp down their food, pay the bill and leave.  With some premium items not available else where (at least not that I know of) and introducing a newer and lower price items sometime back, I was glad as this place serves more variety than just sushi. But I'm sad to see that this nice place seems TOO quiet after these two years plus or so... and when it's too quiet and under patronise, that's not good news! It's not that the food's not good, could it be the location?

Reflections @ Senjyu Sushi e@Curve

Senjyu Sushi e@Curve

Much has been said about Senjyu Sushi since 2008 (and the other outlets) and I still remember the first time I dropped by Senjyu Sushi at e@Curve with Eat First Think Later and Simon Seow.  I never got around to blogging about that experience though I did take photos.  I guess in view of my attempt to do whatever I can (however little or more..), I am gonna just post the photos here to remind folks of Senjyu Sushi at e@Curve (not just the other outlets).  Meanwhile, read about the dinner from Simon and EFTL, we enjoyed the food and the company :o).  Have a great weekend everyone!

Actually yeah, it's under-patronised (is there such word? LOL)... must be the fengshui of e@Curve :p

Will give this a try next time instead of Sakae!

Definitely the location. Even if you pass by on the weekends also the place would be half patronized, at most.
Pity, since if they're at say, 1Utama or Midvalley, I'm sure they would be HOT.

Jason : Try it...

J2Kfm : I was there this weekend, the dinner crowd was okay...the place was full. Felt happy for them.

I would like to give it a try this week-end on their buffet lunch. Wonder if anyone can give some ratings/comments on the food served. The pics shown on the site looks wonderful , any real life experiences?
Thank you
